Haztuhelado is an educational website devoted to the formulation and making of artisan ice cream. It publishes recipes, guides, calculation tools and technical content for informational and educational purposes.

Users undertake to use the website and its contents in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, not to use them for unlawful or harmful purposes, and not to damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.

The recipes, formulas and calculations published are indicative and educational in nature. Results depend on each user's ingredients, machinery and process, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.
