Yes. Tell us which recipe and what is giving you trouble (ingredients, POD, PAC, texture…) and we will help. Many answers are also on the recipe page itself.
Do you work with brands?
We look at collaborations that bring something to our community of ice cream makers. Write to us with the subject «Collaborations and brands» and tell us your idea.
Can I suggest a recipe or a topic?
We love that! Use the form and tell us which ice cream, sorbet or technique you would like to see. We note down every suggestion.
How long do you take to reply?
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. In high season it may take a little longer.
