Where to find us:
what's on each network and which one is for you

The two groups for asking questions, the channel where the videos are and everywhere else. Which one suits you depending on what you're after, without having to follow us everywhere.

You don't need to follow us everywhere. Each place is good for something different, and depending on what you're after — sorting out a question with the ice cream half made, seeing how a workshop operates, or saving ideas for the summer — one or another will suit you. Here's the map.

If what you want is to ask

That's what the two groups are for, and they work better than any other route: there are people in there with a lot of batches behind them, and they usually answer fast.

  • Telegram. The more active of the two. You get in with no requirement beyond having Telegram installed, no Facebook account needed — which was exactly what a lot of people were asking us for: t.me/Helados_Caseros_Spain.
  • The Facebook group HELADOS CASEROS (ESPAÑA), the veteran, still running exactly as before: join the group.

One piece of advice that holds for both: the better you frame the question, the better people can help. A bare «it comes out hard» can't be answered; with the recipe in grams, the machine you use and a photo of the cut, it can.

If you want to see how it's done

On the YouTube channel are the videos: visits to workshops, experiments and the things that are better seen than read. Subscribe and you'll know when a new one goes up.

If you're more into the day to day

If you're the sort who saves ideas for later

On Pinterest you can save the recipes you want to try and have them all together when the time comes. Very handy if you're one of those who plan the season well ahead.

And if social media isn't your thing

That's fine: everything important ends up on the site. The new recipes, the guides and the blog articles are here, and you don't need an account anywhere to read them.
