On how you eat it, yes. A thick ceramic bowl holds the cold and gives you time to finish it; a thin one melts it in two minutes.
¿Conviene enfriarlos antes?
A lot. Five minutes in the freezer before serving and the ice cream makes it whole to the last spoonful.
How much fits in a normal one?
Two scoops sit comfortably in 250 ml. If you are going to build sundaes with sauce and crunch, look for 350 or 400.
¿Cristal, cerámica o metal?
Ceramic holds the cold best. Glass looks good, but it warms up sooner and sweats on the outside.
