Cube 750
The finish of the big one, half the machine
Our score. We give it for what it does and for what it shares with the 1500, which is the one we use.
Four things you will not see on the spec sheet
Real steel, right down to the paddle
Thirty centimetres a side
The lid cuts off the paddle
The paddle scrapes the bowl wall
The same slow gearbox as the big one
What it gains
and what you have to accept
- A kilo and a half of ice cream an hour, stringing batches together with no cooling stop
- Polished stainless steel on the body, the bowl and the paddle
- Low-speed paddle: less air inside and more flavour per spoonful
- The lid stops the paddle, with a safety device as standard
- Thirty centimetres a side: it takes up less room than many two-litre domestic machines
- Sixteen kilos, eight less than its big sister
- We have not used it: we cannot speak about this one first-hand
- Outside the Amazon circuit: no thirty-day returns and no price comparison
- 140 watts: for stringing batches together all afternoon it falls short against the 1500
- It is still expensive for what it does if you compare it with a domestic machine
- It has no drain hose: to clean it you have to empty the bowl by hand, and the 1500 does have one

Frequently asked questions
Where do you buy it?
Amazon does not sell it. There is no purchase or affiliate link on this page: this is an analysis, not a shop window.
What does it lack against the 1500?
Muscle. It shares the steel, the slow gearbox and the safety lid, but stops at 140 watts and 750-gram batches.
How many people does it serve?
For two or three people it is more than enough. For a family meal it falls short and you will have to string batches together.
How long does a batch take?
Between 20 and 35 minutes, the same as its big sister: what changes is how much ice cream comes out of each.
How much room does it take?
A cube 30 cm on each side and 16 kg. It is the professional machine that asks for the least space without ceasing to be professional.
It plugs into a normal domestic socket: 220 V and 1.5 A, with no special installation.Have you tried it?
Not this one. We have the Cube 1500 and it is that one we speak about from experience; of the 750 we report what its spec sheet says and what it shares with its big sister.
